This past week, James Cardinal McGuigan Catholic High School proudly participated in the 2025 Toronto District Colleges Athletic Association (TDCAA) Track and Field Championships, where 100 of our student-athletes competed over the course of three action-packed days. Our athletes represented our school with determination, sportsmanship, and excellence—bringing home an impressive 32 medals and earning their place among the top competitors in the region.
For many of these students, the journey began as far back as November, showcasing their dedication and commitment to their sport. While the season comes to an end for many, their hard work and contributions will not be forgotten. As we look ahead, 35 JCM athletes have qualified for the upcoming Metro Toronto Championships, taking place on May 27 & 28 in Scarborough. Please join us in congratulating them!
