James Cardinal McGuigan Catholic High School is proud to announce that standout Prep Basketball forward Rattan M. has officially signed a scholarship to play for the St. Lawrence College Surge in Kingston, Ontario. Standing at 6'5", Rattan has been a dominant presence for the JCM Prep program, known for his versatility, high basketball IQ, and leadership on and off the court.
Mangat's development over the past two years has been nothing short of remarkable. As a forward, he brings a unique combination of size, agility, and shooting touch that made him a matchup nightmare for opponents across Ontario. His commitment to his craft, relentless work ethic, and ability to perform under pressure have earned him this exciting opportunity to continue his academic and athletic journey at the collegiate level.
St. Lawrence College competes in the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA), and Rattan's addition to the Surge lineup is expected to make an immediate impact.
