Group of the TCDSB students and staff attending the TCDSB Asian Canadian Celebration at Monsignor Percy Johnson

On May 23, 2025 (Friday), Monsignor Percy Johnson Catholic Secondary School was honoured to host the TCDSB Asian Canadian Celebration. Educators and students from around the TCDSB came together to celebrate cultures from all over Asia. They explored the role of music, dance and Faith in building a sense of community.

Schools that attended included: Monsignor Percy Johnson, Dante Alighieri, Father Henry Carr, St. Joan of Arc, Loretto College, Chaminade College, St. John Paul II, St. Rose of Lima, St. Ignatius of Loyola, St. André, St. Andrew and St. Benedict.

The festival made a truly lasting impression on our students and staff. Many were inspired by the warmth, faith-based environment, and the high level of artistic excellence they witnessed throughout the event.
