The Monsignor Percy Johnson (MPJ) Catholic Secondary School community celebrated another successful Winter Wonderland Christmas Market this past Saturday, welcoming families, students, and more than 50 vendors for a festive day of holiday cheer and community spirit.

Visitors were treated to a showcase of MPJ talent, including energetic performances by the ACES Dance Crew, beautiful arrangements from the strings and band programs, and heartfelt songs from student vocalists. A new highlight this year was the enchanting Santa’s Workshop photo setup, which delighted children and families throughout the day.

The event ran smoothly thanks to the dedication of many student volunteers, whose hard work helped create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Through generous monetary and gift card donations, the market raised an impressive $2,715.38. Proceeds from the event will support the MPJ Christmas Drive as well as Student Athletics, helping to ensure students have access to meaningful programs and resources throughout the school year.

The school extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff, students, families, and all who contributed to the day’s success, especially the Student Council, the ACES Dance Crew, the Arts Department, the Special Education Department, the student volunteers, and the ever-supportive custodial team. Their collective efforts made this year’s Winter Wonderland Christmas Market a truly memorable event!
