Our Lady of Wisdom proudly celebrated Carnaval d’hiver from February 9–12 with an exciting week full of winter fun and school spirit.
Students and staff enjoyed a variety of themed days, including Chandail de sport, Tuque et foulard, and Journée Chic Chic, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to classrooms throughout the school.
A special thank you and merci to our Catholic School Parent Council (CSPC) and dedicated parent volunteers for organizing a delicious hot chocolate station and helping with the much-anticipated poutine lunch — both were a big hit.
Classes also participated in a “Build a Bonhomme” contest, showcasing their creativity and teamwork. The excitement continued with a special visit from Bonhomme himself, and students delighted in the traditional treat of tire sur la neige.
It was truly a joyful week filled with community spirit and winter celebration. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Carnaval d’hiver such a memorable success!
