On April 8, 2026, St. Conrad Catholic School hosted a thrilling City Finals chess tournament, featuring a 5-on-5 team format. Twelve schools from the east, west, and north regions competed fiercely for the title. After years of determined play, Precious Blood Catholic School reclaimed the top spot, capturing their first city championship banner in 25 years. Holy Angels Catholic School secured a strong second-place finish, while St. Jude Catholic School rounded out the podium in third, making for an unforgettable day of strategic battles and historic triumph.
