St. Basil-the-Great College School's Year 1 International Baccalaureate (IB) Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) students took part in a meaningful excursion to Ronald McDonald House Toronto, made possible by a generous $5,000 donation from the Etobicoke Optimist Club. Students used these funds to create care packages for families staying at the house, demonstrating compassion, teamwork, and a strong commitment to community service. It was a powerful opportunity for students to give back and see firsthand the impact of their efforts, reminding us all how even small acts of kindness can make a significant difference.
