In the French Immersion Grade 7 class at St. Brigid Catholic School, we studied individuals who responded to God's call during our Religion classes. We participated in the Heavenly Friends project, where students embarked on a journey to discover how ordinary people became holy.
They were invited to build a connection with their Holy Friend, finding grace and hope to share their talents with others. At the same time, the relics of the new saints, Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati, visited our Parish, St. Brigid.
We decided to keep our Heavenly Friend present in the class through art, as we know that God is our strength.
