During Earth Week celebrations, students and teachers at St. Brigid Catholic School actively participated in various activities. The school’s corridors displayed numerous environmentally conscious ideas and creative expressions of care for the environment.

Each class developed a project tailored to its respective age group and curriculum. Our shared objective was to support students in cultivating a sense of environmental awareness and belonging to the same planet.

The ECO Club facilitated a discussion on recycling practices utilizing the school’s waste bins, which concluded with a neighbourhood cleanup initiative. At the end of the week, we gathered around a representation of the Earth drawn in the schoolyard to demonstrate our respect. We compiled photographs of each class to express gratitude for their contributions to environmental preservation.
