On Wednesday, February 25, St. Cecilia proudly celebrated Pink Shirt Day, a meaningful day that began in Canada to stand up against bullying.
To recognize this important day, our students participated in a school-wide collaborative art project. Each classroom decorated a piece of a larger artwork to commemorate this day. Once all the pieces were completed, they were brought together to create one powerful display representing unity and standing up for one another.
Our students showed great care, creativity, and teamwork while reflecting on how their actions can help make our school a place where everyone feels welcome and respected.
