On Friday, September 5, St. Mother Teresa Catholic Academy (SMTCA) joyfully celebrated the Feast of St. Mother Teresa, a day dedicated to honouring her life of service, compassion, and love for others.
To mark this special occasion, students were welcomed with lollipops and invited to take part in an activity reflecting Mother Teresa’s spirit of charity. Each student wrote a thank you message to a fellow student or staff member, which were displayed under the theme: “In the Spirit of Mother Teresa, Thank You…”.
In addition, all staff received personalized thank you notes from students as a gesture of appreciation and to spread kindness throughout the school.
This celebration reminded the SMTCA community of the importance of gratitude, positivity, and simple acts of charity—values Mother Teresa lived by and continues to inspire in us today.
