Students from St. Mother Teresa Catholic Academy’s SLICE (Student Leaders in Catholic Education) Committee shared motivational messages with their peers in recognition of Bell Let’s Talk Day, spreading encouragement and compassion throughout our school community.
With exams approaching, SLICE reminded students that their mental health matters and that they are not alone. Rooted in our Catholic faith, we are called to care for the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and to support one another during times of stress.
Through these messages, SLICE hopes students are encouraged to ask for help, trust in God’s love, and remember that together, we can get through this.
