A fabulously fun award-winning musical based on the adored movie, Legally Blonde The Musical, follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. The show is action packed and exploding with memorable songs and dynamic dances.
Please note: Legally Blonde The Musical is a product of its time. It may depict some of the ethnic and racial prejudices that were commonplace in American society. These depictions were wrong then and wrong today. While the production does not represent TCDSB Staff Arts view of today’s society, rather than remove this content, we want to acknowledge its harmful impact, learn from it and spark conversation to create a more inclusive future together. We invite the audience to watch the play with critical thinking around stereotypes and the impact of one-dimensional depictions of gay and racialized people.
