Student Application Forms and Process

  1. Please download the Monsignor Fraser College (MFC) School Referral Form and bring to your current or last school attended to fill it out. Please have the school send the referral form and all documents required to the campus you would like to attend.

  1. Please complete the following application forms. Once the campus has received the referral package from the sending school, the Monsignor Fraser Campus will contact you for an interview.
