Congratulations to the Neil McNeil Catholic High School Swim Team, who competed at the Toronto District Catholic Athletic Association (TDCAA) championships and came first in the Overall Men’s Division and Senior Division at last week’s meet for the 3rd year in a row! The team scored the highest points for the Overall Men’s Division and Senior Division at the TDCAA meet, which was held on February 15 at the Etobicoke Olympium.

The Novice, Junior and Open swimmers put on an incredible performance in both individual and relay events, obtaining second place for their respective divisions. The Novice, Junior and Senior Relay swim teams also secured Gold Medal titles for 200m Medley relays and 200m Freestyle Relays. With incredible efforts, Neil McNeil qualified 14 swimmers in various relay and individual events for the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA) provincials.

This is a record-breaking number of swimmers for Neil McNeil, setting a new best in history with the most ever qualified for OFSAA, which will take place on March 5 and 6 at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre. The athletes proudly representing Neil McNeil at OFSAA are Bishan A., Albert B., Brandon B., Simon D., Marshall D., Jackson F., Lucas H., Ty M., Griffin O., Jamie P., Emmett S.-P., Winston S.-P., Justin V. and Finn V.!
