Sixteen-year-old Beach resident and Neil McNeil High School student Sebastian Iera turned his search for a summer job into an opportunity to start his own business.
Rather than waiting for someone to hire him, Sebastian decided to create his own summer employment through Clutter Crushers Toronto, a business inspired by his interest in trying something new and taking initiative.
The idea began to take shape after a guidance counsellor spoke to Sebastian’s class at Neil McNeil High School about Ontario’s Summer Company Grant. The program provided Sebastian with the encouragement and opportunity to explore entrepreneurship and turn his idea into a business.
