This year, the magic of Christmas inspired the St. Benedict Catholic School library to launch a Christmas Card Design Contest. Students from Grades 1 to 8 were invited by Ms. Scaccia to design an original Christmas card using any artistic style and medium.
The contest gained so much attention and a multitude of entries were received. Students rose to the challenge creating a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that portrayed the joy of the Christmas season.
A winner from each grade was selected and winning cards were sold as a collection (set of 8) to the community.
