About Us
As a Catholic school, we at St. Joseph's Morrow Park Catholic Secondary School wish to continue the tradition of a Christ-centered community inspired by the Sisters of St. Joseph. We seek to foster students' academic excellence and their desire for lifelong learning and personal growth while inspiring them to be respectful, just and socially responsible citizens of the world.
Motto
Our motto, "The Love of Christ Has Gathered Us Together Into One," is reflected in our school community’s commitment to the ongoing educational process of developing unique individuals in an environment where Christian faith is translated into action. In order to be integral members of the school community, students are strongly encouraged to participate in co-instructional activities such as sports, committees and clubs.

School History
St. Joseph's Morrow Park Catholic Secondary School is an all-girls Catholic high school with a rich history rooted in the mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Toronto.
The Sisters of St. Joseph were founded in 1648 in Le Puy, France, by Jesuit priest Jean-Pierre Médaille. From the beginning, they were dedicated to caring for orphans, the sick, and educating the young. The congregation arrived in Toronto in 1851 and has since made a lasting impact on Catholic education in the city.
Founding of the School
St. Joseph's Morrow Park was established as a result of the relocation and expansion of St. Joseph's College School, previously located at Bay and Wellesley. The new school was built on land in Willowdale donated by Frederick Morrow, whose name, along with that of the congregation’s patron saint, inspired the school’s name.
The school opened in September 1960 as both a day and boarding school, with 147 students, nine Sisters, and one lay teacher.
Today
Now operated by the Toronto Catholic District School Board, the school follows a semester system and offers a wide range of academic and co-curricular opportunities. In January 2021, St. Joseph's Morrow Park moved to its current location at the corner of Bayview Avenue and Cummer Avenue.
