Bishop Marrocco/Thomas Merton Catholic Secondary School (CSS) launched its first Pickleball Club in September 2025. Interest from both staff and students has been phenomenal.
The club was supported by 11 volunteer staff supervisors, with two supervisors overseeing each weekly session on a rotating schedule to help balance the commitment. More than 30 students participated throughout the year, with 22 members attending regularly and earning recognition as the club's founding members.
At the end of the school year, students were recognized with awards including Most Valuable Player (MVP), Outstanding Leadership, All Rounder, Leadership and Inclusion, Best Club Player, and Most Determined.
The school looks forward to another engaging Pickleball Club season in the 2026–2027 school year.
