At Chaminade College School, we remain committed to raising awareness and actively engaging our students in initiatives that promote respect, inclusion, and well-being across our school community.
Our students participated in Huddle Up, a student-centered assembly delivered in collaboration with our school’s public health nurse and MLSE Foundation. The program focused on bullying prevention, mental health awareness, inclusion, and fostering a positive peer culture.
Through powerful personal stories of resilience and growth, students were encouraged to speak up, support one another, support their peers, and recognize their role in shaping a safe and inclusive school environment. Experiences like this strengthen empathy, encourage help-seeking, and reinforce the importance of positive peer relationships.
A special thank you to our Chaminade Safe and Accepting Schools Committee for their leadership and dedication in organizing meaningful events like this that continue to support student voice, well-being, and belonging within our community.
