Former student of Fr. Henry Carr, Marlo Davis, appointed as head coach for Canada’s U18 Women’s National Team. Davis, an alum of FHC, will lead the team at the FIBA U18 Women’s AmeriCup Championship 2024 in Bucaramanga, Colombia, from June 17-23, 2024.

Having honed his skills under Coach Melnik, Davis graduated in 2005 and secured a basketball scholarship at Lake Region State College. His standout performance led to an All-American title in 2007, with impressive stats of 15.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 8.0 assists per game. Subsequently, he pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington in 2009, followed by a Master's Degree in Education.

Davis has excelled as the Women's basketball Head Coach at Crestwood Prep, clinching OSBA Championships in 2019, 2020, and 2023. Congratulations and best wishes to Coach Davis as he steers the Canadian Women's Under 18 National Team towards success!
