This year’s Toronto District Colleges Athletic Association (TDCAA) Track and Field Meet was nothing short of extraordinary for Father Henry Carr Catholic Secondary School. Competing against hundreds of talented athletes from across the region, our team rose to the challenge with resilience, determination, and school pride - delivering outstanding performances across the board.
Our field athletes were absolutely phenomenal, commanding attention in the shot put, discus, long jump, and triple jump. Their power, technique, and consistency led to top finishes and personal bests that left a lasting impression on the competition.
On the track, our runners were equally impressive, showcasing a remarkable combination of speed, endurance, and heart. From sprints to middle-distance races, each athlete pushed their limits and ran with purpose. Whether chasing podium finishes or achieving personal bests, our runners demonstrated what it truly means to compete with courage and class.
Throughout the meet, the entire FHC team embodied the values of grit, spirit, and stamina. They supported one another, stayed focused under pressure, and displayed the sportsmanship and integrity that define our school. Their hard work was rewarded with top placements in multiple events, reflecting both their individual talents and their strength as a team.
FHC earned an incredible 26 medals: 8 Gold, 8 Silver, and 10 Bronze, along with several 5th and 6th place finishes - all qualifying for Metros!
