On May 28, 2025, students and staff from Father Henry Carr’s Developmentally Delayed Multiple Exceptionalities (DDME) program spent the day at L’Arche Daybreak. The visit offered a chance to participate in a variety of activities while enjoying the outdoor grounds of the facility.

L’Arche Daybreak supports individuals with intellectual disabilities, focusing on developing their talents and skills. Through activities such as movement, music, art, theatre, and dance, students explored themes of inclusion and belonging. They were encouraged to share their gifts and build meaningful connections.

The day highlighted the importance of community, where people with and without disabilities come together in friendship and mutual respect.
