At Father Henry Carr Catholic Secondary School, our community came together to recognize Epilepsy Awareness Day on March 26. This important occasion provided meaningful opportunities for students and staff to deepen their understanding of neurological conditions, promote inclusion, and demonstrate support for individuals within our community and beyond.

Students and staff wore purple to raise awareness and show solidarity with individuals living with epilepsy. A series of activities were organized throughout the week to celebrate neurodiversity and foster a culture of belonging. Morning announcements also helped build awareness by sharing key information and encouraging students to reflect on how they can contribute to a more inclusive school environment.
