On Wednesday, May 29, the Father Henry Carr Track and Field team competed in the John Rowland Games held at Centennial, delivering a number of outstanding performances.

The meet was highlighted by strong results from two Grade 9 sprinters:

  • Daniel T., who placed 1st in the 100m

  • Prince D., who placed 2nd in the 100m

Additional notable results include:

  • Sarina F., who placed 3rd in the 100m hurdles

  • Tristan B., who placed 2nd in both Senior Boys High Jump and Long Jump

  • Joshua K., who placed 2nd in Junior Boys Shot Put

  • Azalea, who placed 3rd in Junior Girls Long Jump

The Novice Boys 4x100m relay team—Jalen B., Prince D., E.J., Tobi A., and Daniel T.—finished 3rd despite a challenging exchange. Notably, this group of Grade 9 athletes is currently ranked #1 in the province.
