On December 3rd, McLuhan welcomed the Advent season with two beautiful school Masses. These liturgies also marked the end of an era, as the community bid farewell to Father Damian after 13 years of faithful service to St. Monica’s Church and the McLuhan community. He was sent forth with heartfelt thanks and appreciation for his dedication.

The school now looks forward with hope to welcoming a new Pastor in the new year. Special thanks go to McLuhan’s Peer Ministry Team for coordinating the Masses and encouraging the community to support runaway and unhoused youth through their charitable campaign for Covenant House.
