On January 19, students from the Marshall McLuhan Choir and Jazz Band visited Our Lady of Assumption Catholic School in the morning and Sts. Cosmas and Damian Catholic School in the afternoon. During both visits, McLuhan students led engaging workshops and performances for Grade 7 and 8 students.
The choir performed selections from their 2025–2026 repertoire, while the Jazz Band showcased a combination of new pieces and familiar favourites. Following the performances, McLuhan students took the opportunity to answer questions about life in high school, music programs, and extracurricular opportunities.
This outreach experience provided a meaningful opportunity to connect with future McLuhan students and helped strengthen the sense of community between Marshall McLuhan Catholic Secondary School and its surrounding elementary schools.
