Students at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School recently experienced a very special and meaningful visit thanks to the efforts of Mrs. Moon, a dedicated volunteer, who arranged an inspiring presentation centered around the lives of saints and the importance of prayer.

During the visit, students had the unique opportunity to see and touch various relics of saints while learning about the newly declared Saint Carlo Acutis and his inspiring journey of faith. One of the most memorable moments was viewing a relic containing a small piece of wood believed to be from the cross on which Jesus died.

This powerful experience helped students deepen their understanding of faith, prayer, and the role they play in building a peaceful and caring community. Students learned that praying together can bring people closer, strengthen compassion, and inspire kindness toward others.

The OLPH community is very grateful to Mrs. Moon for organizing such a memorable and faith-filled opportunity. It was truly an honour and a blessing for everyone involved!
