School History
St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic School opened in September 1973. With a tradition of growth, academic excellence, and commitment spanning over 50 years, our school community continues to live by the teachings and ideals of our patron saint.
Our Patron Saint
Our school is named after St. Ignatius, founder of the Jesuit order. Following his conversion, he dedicated his life to teaching, preaching, helping others, and spreading the faith.
Canonized in 1622, St. Ignatius is remembered as one of the Church’s great spiritual leaders.
