The City of Toronto and Toronto Zoo are launching a new pilot program, which will provide complimentary field trips for classes. The program will offer complimentary field trips for kindergarten to Grade 12 classes across all four publicly funded school boards. Lisa D’Arpino, a Grade 3 teacher at St. John XXIII Catholic School says this program will assist schools with many costs, including bussing.
