On November 18, choirs from Senator O’Connor College School, Marshall McLuhan Catholic Secondary School, and St. Joseph Morrow Park Catholic Secondary School came together at Senator O’Connor for Choir Day 2025—a full day of collaborative singing and shared learning.
Throughout the event, students worked on choral techniques including blend, balance, phrasing, and developing a unified ensemble sound. The workshop was supported by Mr. Eric Mertinz, Ms. Subrina Sookram, Ms. Christine Kinghorn, Ms. Giulia Lentini, Mr. Stephen Griffiths, and Ms. Andrea Cannon, whose guidance helped shape the day’s success.
Choir Day 2025 offered students a meaningful opportunity to grow as musicians, connect with peers, and celebrate the joy of making music together.
