Grade 10 Hospitality and Tourism and Grade 12 Nutrition and Health students from St. Oscar Romero Catholic Secondary School recently had the unique opportunity to learn from professional chef Luciano Schipano of Culinarium. During this hands-on workshop, students were guided through the art of making fresh gnocchi from scratch, gaining valuable insight into traditional techniques, ingredient selection, and kitchen best practices. The experience not only built practical culinary skills but also deepened students' appreciation for food culture and the culinary industry.
