In acknowledgement and celebration of Asian Canadian Heritage Month, English students at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Academy participated in an engaging Author Talk with SK Selva (Sibi Selvanathan), a Tamil-Canadian writer known for the best-selling success of the first book in the Legends of Ilemuria series, a Tamil fantasy trilogy.
Based on ancient Tamil lore, paying tribute to the ancient legends that have been passed down for centuries, the series is the first in South Asian representation in the fantasy genre. Author SK Selva explores the world with his vivid imagination and storytelling capabilities, beginning his lifelong passion for storytelling at a young age. Building software products by day, SK Selva loves spending his time with his family and friends, playing sports, reading books and writing his next great adventure.
