St. Joan of Arc Catholic Academy's Physical and Health Education students recently stepped out of the gym and into the forest for an exciting day at Treetop Trekking in Stouffville. Surrounded by the beauty of Bruce’s Mill Conservation Area, students climbed, zipped, and balanced their way through a series of high ropes courses that tested their strength, coordination, and courage. The experience was physically engaging with unforgettable moments shared among friends.
More than just an outdoor adventure, the trip was a chance for students to build confidence by pushing their personal limits and conquering challenges they never thought possible. From navigating wobbly bridges to soaring through the treetops, each activity encouraged perseverance and teamwork. Students walked away at the end of the day with a sense of achievement, feeling stronger, braver, and more connected.
With appreciation to our Physical and Health Education teachers for supporting this engaging student experience.
