St. Joan of Arc (SJOA) students recently travelled to Muskoka for this year’s SMILE Camp, a retreat designed to strengthen faith, build community, and develop strong leadership skills. Throughout the trip, students took part in a variety of engaging activities—including outdoor games, team-building challenges, guided reflections, and personal-growth workshops.
By stepping outside their comfort zones and working closely with their peers, students deepened their sense of belonging and discovered new ways to contribute to our school community. They returned inspired, empowered, and ready to share their leadership skills and positive spirit with others.
With appreciation to Mike Consul, TCDSB Catholic Student Leadership, Mr. McCowan and Ms. Eno, SJOA Teacher Moderators, and our student leaders for their participation and support of this valuable student leadership opportunity.
