Dress Code
Madonna Catholic Secondary School follows the Toronto Catholic District School Board's Appropriate Dress Code for all students.
We encourage parents to review the dress code policy and reach out to the school administration with any questions.
Our Uniform
All students are expected to wear the full uniform each day. The following outlines the required items and expectations:
Golf Shirt
Navy or white, long-sleeve or short-sleeve.
Must be worn daily, including under the zip-polo or sweater.
Blue Pants or Shorts
Pants must not be altered or tucked into socks.
Shorts may be worn during warmer months (September, October, May, June).
Ankle socks are permitted with shorts.
Kilts
Must be worn with all-black dress shoes or low-cut all-black running shoes.
Navy or black knee-high socks or tights are required.
Leggings, nylons, and ankle socks are not permitted.
Kilts should be worn at a modest length.
Shoes
Must be all-black, closed dress shoes or closed running shoes.
Crocs, sandals, slippers, and open-toe shoes are not allowed.
Boots may be worn to school but must be changed before class.
General Expectations
Uniform must be worn throughout the entire school day.
Students should not change out of uniform during lunch.
