The Michael Power/St. Joseph Varsity Boys Hockey Team competed in Burlington over the past three days at the 40th Annual Invitational Tournament. The team delivered an outstanding performance, going undefeated through six games and securing a thrilling 3–2 victory in the final.
The championship win was dedicated in honour of Mr. John Grossi, the school’s beloved custodian, whose memory the team carried with them throughout the tournament. The team was led by coaches Mr. Brook, Mr. Sherrard, and Mr. Vena, whose guidance and support were instrumental in the team’s success.
