About Us
Senator O’Connor College School, founded by the Christian Brothers, is a semestered, co-educational school with approximately 1,300 students. O’Connor serves a diverse population and is recognized for its high academic expectations and lively school spirit.
The motto of the school is Audax et Fidelis, which may be freely translated as "Courageous and Faithful." The school community strives to live up to the intent of this motto by demonstrating fidelity to the teachings and moral values of our Catholic faith while pursuing innovation and excellence in our educational program.
Excellence is defined not only in terms of scholarly achievement, but also through participation in co-curricular activities, contribution to the community, and involvement in the social and cultural life of the school.

These learning and innovative skills help prepare students for success in an ever-changing world. Through creative expression, students develop the confidence, resilience, and adaptability needed to navigate the future.
Our thriving Arts Department offers courses in music, drama, visual arts, and design. Students have many opportunities to participate in a variety of performances, exhibitions, clubs, and councils, all connected to the arts.
