On July 25, 2025, Senator O’Connor’s Summer Music students had the incredible opportunity to attend Mirvish’s production of The Lion King. Following the performance, students were invited backstage for a special meet-and-greet with the cast and creative team, including actors, dancers, the conductor, and musicians. This behind-the-scenes experience gave our students a chance to ask questions, learn about careers in the performing arts, and gain a deeper appreciation for the dedication and artistry that bring a professional production to life. It was an inspiring day that connected classroom learning to the magic of live performance!
