The Senator O'Connor College School Choir recently participated in a workshop with Dr. Zimfira Poloz. Students focused on tone, blend, diction, and musical interpretation while applying rehearsal strategies to their festival repertoire. The session also served as preparation for the choir’s upcoming performance at the Ontario Vocal Festival at O’Neill Collegiate and Vocational Institute on March 24.
Dr. Poloz is the Artistic Director of the Toronto Children’s Chorus and a faculty member at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Music. The choir is grateful for her time, expertise, and guidance, and for the opportunity to learn from her in preparation for this performance.
