Huge congratulations to the Senator O’Connor Catholic Secondary School girls’ indoor soccer team for their outstanding effort at their Toronto District Catholic Athletic Association (TDCAA) playoff tournament.
The team advanced to the finals in dramatic fashion, scoring an incredible last-minute goal to tie the game against Bishop Allen Academy before securing the victory in a penalty shootout.
The girls ultimately finished second overall after a hard-fought match against Loretto Abbey Catholic Secondary School in the final. Despite the tough loss, the team showed tremendous determination and resilience throughout the tournament.
We are incredibly proud of this group of athletes, who have grown and developed so much over the past three indoor soccer seasons. Their dedication, teamwork, and perseverance were on full display.
