The Toronto District Catholic Athletic Association (TDCAA) Senior AA-A and AAA Championships were held on Monday, February 23 at Humber College (Lakeshore – South Campus). The event showcased some of the city’s top senior girls volleyball talent and was made even more special by the participation of Father John Redmond’s own Regional Arts Program (RAP) Vocal students, who beautifully opened each match with a stirring rendition of O Canada.
Congratulations to University of Toronto Schools (UTS) (3–0) and Bishop Allen (3–1) on capturing their championship titles. The TDCAA will be proudly represented at the upcoming Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA) Girls Volleyball Championship by the following teams:

AA: Newman
AAA: Bishop Allen
A special moment of recognition took place during each match, as coaches selected one opposing athlete as the Player of the Match, recognizing leadership, effort, and overall impact on the game.

We also look ahead to Monday, March 2, when the next Toronto District Catholic Athletic Association Girls Volleyball City Championships will take place for Senior Tier 2, Junior Tier 1, and Junior Tier 2 teams.
