Today, Father John Redmond (FJR) Individual Support Program (ISP) students joined the Grade 11 Regional Arts Program (RAP) Dance class for a “Dance Buddies” session led by guest dance teacher and choreographer Heather Mills.

Working together, students explored new warm-up exercises, learned a variety of dance techniques, and practised a short routine. The collaborative session encouraged peer learning and skill development in a supportive studio environment.

It was a dynamic and engaging morning, with students fully participating and supporting one another throughout. The experience helped create a positive, energetic, and inspiring atmosphere for all involved.
