Redmond welcomed motivational speaker and athlete Tracy Schmitt, known as Unstoppable Tracy, who delivered a powerful message to Grade 9 and 10 students about facing adversity with determination and resilience. Her timely presentation, held just before exam season, reminded students that success is not about hearing no, but about finding a way forward and asking how.
Drawing from her own experiences overcoming significant challenges, Tracy shared how she became a decorated athlete in downhill para skiing, World Cup sailing, deep sea diving, and mountain climbing. Her inspiring story captivated students and left them with a lasting appreciation for her message: “When you live a life of no excuses, you get to live a life of no limits.”
