Leadership students at Father John Redmond Catholic Secondary School planned three days of engaging activities for our Grade 9 students who did not attend Camp Muskoka. This parallel event allowed all Grade 9 students to build friendships, develop confidence and become more comfortable in the school community. This exciting three-day event included a fun-filled combination of creative arts, sports, Catholicity, and an energetic lip-sync competition.

Students had opportunities to express their creativity, build teamwork, celebrate school spirit, and connect with their peers in a welcoming and inclusive environment. The program, affectionately called "Muskoka South", culminated in a trip to BRKFREE, where students competed in a high action series of physical, mental and skills based challenges. Through these shared experiences, our student leaders helped Grade 9 student deepen their sense of belonging and create unforgettable memories.
