At Loretto Abbey Catholic Secondary School, we marked Bell Let’s Talk Day with a spirit of compassion, connection, and care for one another. Throughout the day, students shared uplifting messages of hope, resilience, and courage, reminding our community of the power of speaking openly and listening with empathy. The library became a welcoming hub with a Sip and Support tea station, offering a calm space for reflection and conversation, alongside games and beading activities that encouraged mindful downtime and peer connection.

Rooted in our commitment to the well-being of the whole person, these moments reflected our shared belief that no one should walk alone—and that together, we can help one another flourish!
