In-School Mental Health resources:

In-School Mental Health resources can be accessed through the school administration or guidance. There are also services of a Social Worker, a Child, and Youth Worker (CYW), and/or a Guidance counselor. Additionally, students can access spiritual support through the Chaplaincy Department.


Crisis Support resources:

​- Kids Help Phone: Get Support. Crisis Support and mental health information. Available 24/7 by texting: CONNECT to 686868 or call 1-800-668-6868.

- Home| What's Up Walk-In® Mental Health Counselling. Free mental health counseling by phone/video. To be connected to a counselor for a telephone or video session please call MHTO at 1-866-585-6486 Monday to Friday 9 am – 7 pm.

- Distress Centres of Greater Toronto. Languages available: English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. Available 24/7 by texting calling 833-456-4566 (nationwide) or 416-408-4357 (GTA).

- 24/7Crisis Line – Youthdale. Youthdale Psychiatric Services. You can access the team by calling 416-363-9990.

- Crisis Text Line​ is available 24/7 in Canada and the US. Text HOME to 741741.

- Visit the nearest emergency department (ER) or call 911.
