Psychology Resources

In-School Mental Health Resources

In-School Mental Health resources can be accessed through the school administration or guidance. There are also services of a Social Worker, a Child, and Youth Worker (CYW), and/or a Guidance counselor. Additionally, students can access spiritual support through the Chaplaincy Department.

  • 24/7Crisis Line – Youthdale: Youthdale Psychiatric Services. You can access the team by calling 416-363-9990.
  • Crisis Text Line​: Available 24/7 in Canada and the US. Text HOME to 741741.
