In order to provide an education in the most enabling environment, the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) advocates the principle of inclusion as part of a continuum of programs and services.

Each school board is required to maintain a Special Education Plan. The TCDSB reviews this plan annually to ensure it meets the current needs of our exceptional students.
