St. Patrick was proud to host Next Step Prep's fourth annual Post Secondary Fair. The fair comprised of 50 recruiters and community partners spanning College, University, and various Workplace pathways. While the fair was underway for the Grade 10 and 11 students, the Grade 12's received a special presentation from Guidance teaching students how to speak to recruiters and ask the right questions for their post-secondary planning. The Grade 12's then had exclusive access to the fair for them to explore their pathways, ask their questions, and connect with their Guidance Counsellors.
The fair was well-organized and led by our Grade 10 leadership students, ensuring that our visiting guests, and student attendees were able to navigate the fair successfully.
The Post-Secondary Fair is part of the massively successful Next Step Prep series that offers workshops and sessions throughout the school year to help Grade 12's as they prepare for graduation.
