Grade 12 biology students from St. Patrick Catholic Secondary School embarked on an exciting field trip to SickKids Hospital, where they had the opportunity to explore real-world applications of DNA research. Guided by scientists, they toured state-of-the-art labs, observed cutting-edge genetic technologies, and learned how DNA analysis helps diagnose and treat childhood diseases. The experience brought their classroom learning to life, inspiring many to consider future careers in biomedical science. Thank you to Ms. Albuquerque for organizing.
